What we teach

What students learn here.

Kids come here to learn Taekwondo. They end up learning a lot more than that.

Respect

Students bow when they come in, listen the first time they’re asked, and treat the other kids the way they’d want to be treated. It’s part of every class.

Focus

Classes are structured, and students have to pay attention to keep up. A lot of parents tell us they notice the difference at school and at home.

Confidence

Belts aren’t given out. Your child has to test for each one, and passing that test is something to be proud of.

Programs

Find the right class for your child.

Ages 3 and up · every belt level · adults welcome

Ages 3+ · White belt

Beginners

New students train with other new students, so your child won’t be stuck in a class with teenagers. They’ll learn stances, basic kicks and blocks, and how things work in the dojang.

Yellow belt & up

Kids & Teens

Classes run from yellow tip up to black belt. Students work on forms, kicking, the basics of sparring, and board breaking, and they test for each new belt.

Teens & adults

Adults, Fitness & Self-Defense

We teach Taekwondo to adults, and we also run strength and fitness classes plus self-defense for both adults and kids.

Master Gonzalez teaches all the classes himself instead of hiring other instructors. That keeps the school small, which is how he likes it, because he gets to know every student by name. Parents who’ve left reviews on Google say he’s patient, easy to talk to, and good with kids. He also runs strength and fitness classes, teaches self-defense, and takes private students.

How to get started.

Book a free class

Fill out the form with your name and phone number. That’s all we need.

Come try a class

Wear whatever’s comfortable. Your child joins a regular class with students at their own level.

Decide together

Afterward we’ll go over the schedule and the monthly cost. There’s no contract and you don’t have to sign up.
